Overview
GL (Galvalume) coil is coated with an aluminum-zinc alloy rather than pure zinc, combining the corrosion resistance of zinc with the barrier protection and heat-reflective properties of aluminum. It is often specified for roofing in coastal or high-humidity areas where extended service life is a priority.
